We are happy to announce our Actress of the Month for December:

Lynne Langdon!!!!
From playing the leads in stage productions in Boulder, Colorado, to achieving fame as a T.V. Host and working with Jackie Chan in Hong Kong, Lynne Langdon has never been one to wait around for things to “just” happen. 

“Sitting and waiting by the phone does not work for me.  I’m a do-er; making stuff happen.  I came here because I love to create.”

The “here” in that sentence, of course, refers Los Angeles, where she’s been living since 1998.  Lynne encountered more difficulties in Los Angeles, but that certainly hasn’t discouraged her.  Despite the fact that she feels she wasted three years listening to people tell her what she could and could not do, she continues to climb the ladder of success.  She recently produced two shorts and has a T.V. series being pitched around town. Lynne also just finished working with Bernie Brillstein, which was a great experience for her, and will be shooting a movie called “Shattered Glass” at the end of January.

Lynne strives to emulate the careers of actresses such as Kate Winslet and Cate Blanchett, playing real characters and strong roles.  And Philip Seymour Hoffman better prepare himself, because our December Actress of the Month is absolutely determined to work with him.  Most importantly, perhaps, Lynne hopes to someday reach a point, financially, to be able to give back and donate to charities.

We are very happy for Lynne and have no doubt she will reach the goals she has set for her career as an actress.
