The companies that are listed are interested in renting out their locations to filmmakers. Call the business and say that you are an IFA member and that you would be interested in using their location to shoot your movie.
It is up to you to negotiate the best price. Let the business know that your film has the potential to be distributed around the world. And the more successful it becomes the more people will know about their business location.
